Congrats to Ricards Daniels Vanags who was selected by the Houston Rockets’ affiliate, Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the inaugural NBA G-League International Draft.

A Latvian National Team member, Vanags is coming off of a breakout season with Liepaja in his home country, and a successful 2022 FIBA U20 Division B European Championship, where he averaged 13.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 6 internationals contests.
