Congratulations to Paul Carter who has inked a one-year deal with Le Havre in France for the 2021-22 season.

A seasoned vet, Paul heads into his 10th pro season after stops in Germany, Cyprus, Belgium, Mexico, Finland, Latvia, and Australia.

In 2019-20, Paul played with Saint Chamond in Pro B France, where he averaged 14.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per contest.
