It cost them a basketball game. The Windsor Express came into Budweiser Gardens and edged the Lightning 86-85 in a National Basketball League of Canada game in front of 7,317. It was the second time in four days the Lightning lost to the Express. This one ended up coming down to free throws

Berck lands Nemanja Mitrovic

Berck/Rang du Fliers (NM1) landed 26-year old Canadian ex-international guard Nemanja Mitrovic (197-90, college: Portland, agency: Court Side). He has a double citizenship as he also holds Bosnia and Herzegovina passport. Mitrovic played most recently at Panelefsiniakos in Greek A2 league. In 13 A1 games he averaged 8.5ppg and 1.9rpg last season. The previous (13-14) season he played at Sutor Montegranaro (Serie C) in Italian league.
