Congratulations to Mamadou Gueye who has signed a one-year contract with the GIFU Swoops in Japan for the 2020-21 season. The University of Alberta alum and Quebec City, Quebec native enters his 3rd professional campaign after playing his first two seasons in Germany’s Pro A, Canada’s CEBL and Canada’s NBL, respectively. The 6’7″ small forward, who played for Canada during World University Games and Commonwealth Games has already touched down in Japan.
