Congratulations to Chavares ‘Chip’ Flanigan who has signed a two-year deal with Braunschweig in the German BBL.

Chavares’ climb up the ladder of leagues has been astounding since joining Slan Sports in 2021, where he went from Norway to the German Pro A to the Germany Bundesliga over a three season span.

Chip’s versatility at both ends of the floor has been an important asset, but nothing is more valuable than Chip’s leadership, where last season, he took over the captain’s role and was a key cog to helping Braunschweig to the German BBL quarterfinals.
